At Shop-Vac, we stand behind the power and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the Shop-Vac unit and all included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
